1. How long does shipping take?

All orders are lovingly processed and shipped with care.

Please allow:

Canada & USA: 3–4 weeks
International (UK + EU only): 4–6 weeks

If you need your order sooner for a special occasion, you're welcome to email halima@kindnoteswithhalima.com before placing your order, and we’ll try our best to accommodate, in sha Allah.

2. Why does shipping take that long?

Kind Notes with Halima is a small, heartfelt operation, just myself and one trusted team member. Every product is wrapped with intention, packed with care, and sent from our hands to yours.

We work in small batches to ensure quality, softness, and barakah are never rushed. Shipping may take longer than you're used to, but this slower pace allows us to do the work with presence and ihsan, the way it deserves to be done.

Your patience allows this work to remain personal, prayerful, and rooted in the values that brought you here.

3. Do you offer tracking numbers?

Yes, tracking is included for all orders where possible. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the USA, UK, and European Union only.
If you're outside these regions, we hope to expand in the future, in shā Allah. You’re welcome to email us with your location and interest.

5. Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Due to the nature of our products (faith-based, printed, intimate materials), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Please double-check your cart before confirming your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please email halima@kindnoteswithhalima.com and we’ll support you with integrity and care.

6. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Please wait until your estimated delivery window has passed (see FAQ #1). After that time, feel free to reach out with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or local disruptions, but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.

7. Can I make changes to my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email halima@kindnoteswithhalima.com right away with your corrected address. Once your package is in transit, we’re unable to make changes or reroute it.

8. What’s included in my order?

Each product listing will clearly state what’s included, number of cards, pages, or format details. If anything feels unclear, please reach out before purchasing.

9. Are your products physical or digital?

At this time, all products are physical and will be shipped to your address.
We do not currently offer digital versions.

10. Can I buy this as a gift?

Absolutely. We love that. You’re welcome to ship directly to a loved one. While we don’t offer handwritten notes or gift packaging just yet, we hope to introduce that in the future, in sha Allah.
