Ya Allah, Help Me Carry What You Have Entrusted to Me

You have a life to build while already carrying a life that requires a lot from you. There is work to think about. Your rizq may be on your mind. You may be questioning your purpose or wondering whether you are doing enough with what Allah SWT has entrusted to you.

For over an hour, we sit with it together. Through guided therapeutic reflection, I bring in stories from our Islamic tradition and reminders from the Quran and Hadith that help us look at what we are carrying differently. We talk about what is ours to take responsibility for and what was always meant to be left with Allah SWT.

You will develop language for what has been difficult to name and leave with perspectives you can return to long after our time together. Throughout the session, we pause for short moments of reflection and dua. Your workbook is there for anything that needs more time.

Come ready to learn, reflect, and be honest about what your life needs from you now. Then, leave with Allah what belongs with Him.
